On November 27, 2015 at the seat of the Local Affairs Department of RDEP in Złocieniec there was the second meeting of the Steering Group. The agenda of the meeting included reports on the status of the project tasks’ implementation, the presentation of personnel changes and the concept of tasks’ implementation with the new LIFE team given by the new RDEP Director Mrs. Monica Bochenko and some organizational matters of the Steering Group. The meeting focused on current issues and problems the team encountered during the implementation of this year’s tasks, as well as plans of necessary changes in the schedule due to unforeseen difficulties.
The experts from the Steering Group gave valuable suggestions and declared support in solving difficulties. The group members also declared participation in preparing programme-spatial concepts presented by the approved contractor of “Implementation of the programme-spatial concepts and execution of building and executive projects to built hydrotechnical infrastructure in the Drawa basin, to built an antierosion dam to protect water-crowfoots and to reconstruct the existing hydrotechnical infrastructure in the Drawa basin within the LIFE13 NAT /PL/ 000009 project”.
The discussion covered many topics and was a valuable contribution of the Steering Group to the project realisation.
